Death of Mrs. Lamb

Mrs. Elizabeth Lamb died at her home in the south part of town Monday evening, after a long illness from paralysis at the age of 88 years, 8 months and 8 days. Funeral services were conducted this morning at the Church of Christ by Rev. W. J. Stewart and burial was made in a cemetery west of town.

Mrs. Lamb was born in Virginia, and came to this county when she was a young lady. Her husband J. S. Lamb, was one of the early settlers, having formerly lived in Patterson, and then for many years in the Webster vicinity. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Nathan Binns and Mrs. Mark Johnson, and one son.
