Pamela Lhea Coleman, the daughter of Darrell and Charlotte Donaldson Dehm was born May 26, 1939 in West Des Moines, Iowa. She passed away May 28, 1981 at Madison County Memorial Hospital in Winterset following a lengthy illness.

Pamela spent her early years in Eldon, Iowa. In 1956, she graduated from Eldon High School.

On November 13, 1965 she was united in marriage to Bill Coleman in Memphis, Missouri. Since 1971 Bill and Pamela have made their home in Earlham.

Pamela worked in the food service departments of Fountain West and Normandy Hill nursing homes in Des Moines and later at the Earlham nursing home.

Survivors include her loving husband Bill; two daughters, Mrs. Laurie Clark of Winterset and Mrs. Sue Liston, of Carlisle; one granddaughter, Dawn Liston; two brothers, Allen Dehm of Story City and Robert Dehm of San Diego, California and one sister, Mrs. Virginia Valde of Ankeny, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and parents.

Graveside services were at the Earlham Cemetery on June 1, 1981 at 10:30 a.m. Family services were held earlier at the funeral home. Rev. David L. Livingston officiated at the services and there were selected organ hymns played.

Casket bearers were Steve Clark, Cecil Clark, Allen Dehm, John Liston, Keith Jorgenson and Jim Jorgenson.

Interment was at the Earlham Cemetery. Professional arrangements by McKee Funeral Homes, Earlham and Dexter.
