Lyle J. Camp, 49, a former Winterset resident, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 1998, at his home in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Funeral services were held Jan. 5 in Coeur d'Alene with burial at Restlawn Cemetery there.
The son of Marvin M. and Gladyne Camp, he was born in Des Moines, Iowa, Sept. 4, 1948. He graduated from Winterset in 1967 and continued his education at Southwestern Community College in Creston, Iowa.
He moved with his parents to Idaho in August 1969. There, he completed his education, graduating from Eastern Washington University at Cheney, Wash., with a masters degree in psychology.
Survivors include his mother; two sisters, Kayretha Edgington and her husband Roger of Hayden Lake, Idaho, and Teresa Collyer and husband Jim of Bonners Ferry, Idaho; his grandmother, Dorothy Camp of Indianola; three nieces, a nephew and other relatives, many in the Winterset and Altoona areas.
He was preceded in death by his father.
