ANDREW BUSCH DIES AT 86 YEARS

Native of Ohio, Lived In Webster Township Since 1893

Andrew Busch, prominent Webster township farmer for many years, died in a Des Moines hospital Monday night. He was 86 years of age.

Mr. Busch had lived in Webster township since 1893, and was widely known throughout this community. He was a native of Brown county, Ohio, where he was born Dec. 23, 1863, a son of Henry and Elizabeth Neu Busch. He was the last surviving member of a large family of children.

He was married in Ohio, to Charlotte Berry. They were the parents of 13 children, eight of whom are now living. The wife and mother died in 1939.

Mr. Busch leaves the following children: Wilbur F. Busch of Winterset, Elmer E. Busch of Cut Knife, Sask., Canada, Louis A. Busch, of Yoder, Colo., Mrs. Mary Kivett of Van Wert, Mrs. Gladys Augustine of Greenfield, Mrs. Grace Kivett of Orient, Carl S. Busch of Casey and Stanley Busch of Winterset. He also leaves 37 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held this Friday at 3 p.m. from the Wesley Chapel church, in charge of the Rev. B. F. Hamilton of Winterset and Rev. Charles Knight Jr. Burial will be made in the Macksburg cemetery.
