MRS. ALMA WRIGHT Of Lorimor Dies

Mrs. Alma L. Wright died Thursday, November 16, 1972, at her home in Lorimor, following a brief illness. She was 83 years of age.

She was the former Alma L. Marquis, daughter of Newton C. and Sarah Lewis Marquis and was born April 1, 1889 near Lorimor. She was married to Frank W. Wright on December 19, 1916. His death occurred in February 1961.

Mrs. Wright is survived by her son, Samuel M. Wright of Lorimor; three grandchildren, Mrs. Wilma L. Henson of Winterset, Robert F. Wright of Clark Air Base in the Philippines and James C. Wright of Winterset; and three great grandsons. She also leaves her sister, Mrs. Vergie Moffitt of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and her brother, Boyd Marquis of Lorimor; and several nieces and nephews.

Her entire life was spent in the Lorimor and New Virginia communities.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the Watt-Soll Funeral Home in Lorimor, conducted by the Rev. M. Stanley Ballard. Burial was made in the Lorimor Cemetery.
