March 1966MRS. ADDIE WYCOFF Dies at Winterset
Mrs. Addie M. Wycoff, a resident of Grand River, Ia., most of her life, died Sunday, Feb. 27, at the home of a son in Winterset. She was 77 years of age.
Mrs. Wycoff was the former Addie Mae Shaw, daughter of John C. and Lisa Fuson Shaw. She was born at Murray Oct. 3, 1888. She was married to William A. Wycoff on Feb. 26, 1911. His death occcurred in 1957.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Coverdell of Nashua and Mrs. Ruth Tate of Sweet Home, Ore.; and the two sons, Harold and Gerald Wycoff of Winterset. She also leaves 15 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Rosa Smith of Osceola and Mrs. Mabel Wills of Oskaloosa; and four step-sisters.
Funeral services were held last Wednesday, with burial in the Grand River cemetery.
