CLARA ZUCK, Winterset

Clara Ellen Zuck, 82, of Winterset, died of a respiratory disease on Jan. 14, 1995 at the Community Care of Winterset. Funeral services were Jan. 17 at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset. The Rev. Harold Koughn officiated with burial at the Union Chapel Cemetery in Madison County.

She was born in Booneville on May 8, 1912 to Elbert A. and Bertha M. Smith. She married Earl R. Zuck on June 30, 1936 in Adel. She was a homemaker and a lifetime resident of the Booneville and Van Meter area.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and one sister.

Surviving relatives include two sons, Dwayne E. Zuck of Billings, Mont., and Raymond E. Zuck of Des Plaines, Ill.; one brother, Harry J. Smith of Booneville; one sister, Ida M. Smith of Winterset; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
