GUY BERRY, LORIMOR DIES AT 65 YEARS

Guy Berry, a life-long resident of the Lorimor community, died Friday, Dec. 23 at a Winterset nursing home. He was 65 years of age. His death followed a long illness.

Mr. Berry's life had been spent in farm work. He is survived by two brothers, Elmer Berry of Colorado, and Henry Berry of Lorimor.

Funeral services were held Dec. 27 from the Lorimor Baptist church with the Rev. A. H. Nelson officiating. Burial was made in the Hamblin cemetery, northeast of Macksburg.

Guy Berry, 65, Lorimor, Dies

LORIMOR—Guy Berry, 65, a longtime resident of the Lorimor community, died at the Peterson nursing home annex at Winterset last night after a long illness. He had worked on farms in this community before he became ill.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Baptist church at Lorimor. Rev. A. H. Nelsen will officiate. Burial will be in the Hamblin cemetery, northeast of Macksburg. His body is at the Watts-Soll funeral home in Lorimor.

Guy Berry was born in Madison county, Feb. 10, 1901.

He is survived by two brothers, Elmer Berry in Colorado and Henry Berry in Lorimor, and several nieces and nephews.

He had lived with his brother Henry before entering the nursing home.
