Wednesday, April 3, 1963DAVID BENJAMIN DIES IN CALIFORNIA
Mrs. Eleanor Hilburn and her brother, Joseph Benjamin, were summoned to San Gabriel, California last Friday by the death of their father, David Benjamin, a former Madison county resident.
Mr. Benjamin, who was 82, died Thursday. Services were held at San Gabriel Saturday.
He is survived by his wife, the former Mildred Easter, two daughters, Mrs. Hilburn and Mrs. Esther Taylor of Los Angeles, California and a son, Joseph Benjamin. He is also survived by a sister, Mrs. George McCorkle of Earlham and eight grandchildren.
