Arlen Lee Ballinger, Winterset

Arlen "LeeLee" Lee Ballinger, 59, of Winterset died of pneumonia June 28, 2001, at Metropolitan Medical Center in Des Moines.

Funeral services were held Monday, July 2, at Hamilton's Southtown Funeral Home in Des Moines. Burial was at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Des Moines.

Arlen Lee Ballinger was born Feb. 8, 1942, in Des Moines to Harley and Catherine (King) Ballinger Jr. He had lived in Winterset since 1978. Prior to moving to Winterset he had resided in Des Moines.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

He is survived by a sister, Georgia Burnes of Windsor Heights.
