Lloyd S. Allen Dies in Michigan

Lloyd S. Allen, 61, of Messick, Mich. died Sept 11 at a hospital in Detroit. He was a former resident of Winterset.

Mr. Allen was born in Winterset, a son of Albert and Annie Allen, and lived here until 1937.

Surviving are his wife, Thelma; a son, Paul Allen of Madison Heights, Mich., two daughters, Mrs. Gerald Pesci of Madison Heights and Mrs. David Bacon of Royal Oak; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held last Friday from the Vasu-Lynch Funeral home in Royal Oak, with burial in White Chapel cemetery at Troy, Mich.
