Beulah Elsie Alcox, St. Charles

Services for Beulah E. Alcox, 89, St. Charles, will be held Thursday afternoon, Oct. 22, at the St. Charles Methodist Church with the Rev. Clarence Lautt officiating. Burial will be at the St. Charles Cemetery.

Mrs. Alcox died Oct. 20 at the Bethesda Care Center here. She was born Sept. 19, 1896 in Madison County, the daughter of Levi and Mary Beam Ray.

She was married to Art. C. Alcox on April 3, 1929. Prior to moving to Bethesda in July of this year, she resided at the St. Charles Manor for nine years. She was affiliated with the St. Charles Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1958, her parents, a sister, Jennie Ray Schmidt; and brothers, Frank, Fred, and Carl Ray.
