Glen Mont Stegall

EARLHAM-A funeral for Glen Mont Stegall, 82, of Earlham was held Aug. 13, 1990 at the United Methodist Church here. Mr. Stegall died of a heart attack on Aug. 10 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center at Des Moines.

The son of Sol and Grace Cox Stegall, he was born in Galesburg, Ill. on June 18, 1908. He had lived most of his life in Earlham. He married Viola Ogden on March 4, 1941. He had worked in trucking and farm-related positions most of his life, and retired in 1976 after 15 years of employment at the Farmers' Cooperative Elevator. He was a member of the Earlham United Methodist Church and served on the administrative board.

Mr. Stegall was preceded in death by his parents, by two brothers and by one sister.

Survivors include his wife, Viola; a son, Dennis of Columbia, Mo.; a brother, Lloyd of Knoxville; and two grandchildren.
