Lloyd Bradshaw Callison of Rural Rotue 3, Winterset died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 1980, at his home at the age of 72. Mr. Callison was a life-long resident of Madison County.
Born on June 29, 1908, in Madison County, he was the son of Emory Victor and Mary Emily Macumber Callison. He was united in marriage to Hazel Darlene Herrick on April 24, 1931, at Bethany, Mo., and his wife survives him. A farmer until his retirement in 1975, Mr. Callison was a member of the New Hope Christian Union (Ord) Church.
Also surviving are two children, Lowell Dwayne Callison of Afton and Donald Dean Callison of Auke Bay, Alaska; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother Albert Callison of Winterset.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Wilbur Callison; and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Wallace.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, at Collins Funeral Home with burial at Clark Cemetery. Officiating at the services were the Rev. Dwight Ingram and the Rev. Jake Garbison.
