Following a ten day illness that baffled all human skill, Lois Alma Moore passed to her rest Sunday morning, August 25th, at the age of 63 years and two months, having entered this life June 25th, 1894.

Lois was born in the Worthington neighborhood, Madison county, Iowa. She acquired a public education which fitted her for life and its responsibilities.

At an early age she made the good confession under the ministry of Edwin Priest at Early Chapel, her membership remaining there throughout her entire life.

On October 9th, 1913, she was united in marriage with Bruce A. Moore. During the years two children came to gladden this home—Wilbur L. and Margaret Jean Thrailkill.

Her parents, William and Eva Eppard Sulgrove, three brothers, Willard, Ora, and Everett preceded her in death.

Of the family circle left to cherish her memory, Bruce, her husband, Wilbur and Margaret Jean, two brothers, George of Dexter; Lester of Forsythe, Missouri; one sister, Mrs. Grace Cahill of Charles City, Iowa, and seven much loved grandchildren.

The life that has gone from among us was filled with devotion and sacrifice, the memory of which will be a constant benediction and heritage to her loved ones.
