Mrs. Emma Arnold, wife of George Arnold, died at her home one-half mile south of this city, on last Sunday eve; aged 43 years. She was a consistent and dutiful wife and was beloved by all who knew her. In her illness, which was short, she was firm and patient until the last. The funeral was held at the home the following day, conducted by Rev. Long. The remains were interred in the McGinnis grave yard. The bereaved family and relatives have the heartfelt sympathy of a host of friends in this their sad bereavement.

Patterson

Mrs. Arnold, living south of town, died on the 10th. The funeral took place Monday at their home. She leaves a husband and several children.

Mrs. George Arnold, reported seriously ill in our last, died on the tenth and was buried on the eleventh in the cemetery west of Patterson.
