SERVICES THURSDAY FOR CORA YOUREE

Mrs. Cora Youree, formerly of Lorimor and Winterset, died Friday, August 29, at the home of her daughter in Los Angeles. She was 77 years of age.

Mrs. Youree was born in Madison county, November 2, 1880, and spent most of her life in Iowa and Texas. Her husband, Jack Youree, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held this Thursday from the Richards Funeral home, at 2 p.m. in charge of the Rev. Robert Damon of Winterset. Burial will be made in Glendale cemetery in Des Moines.

YOUREE SERVICES HELD HERE THURSDAY

Funeral services for Mrs. Cora M. Youree, whose death occurred Aug. 29 at the home of her daughter, Laura O’Rourke in Los Angeles, Calif., were held Sept. 1 at Los Angeles, after which the body was brought to Winterset for services Sept. 4. Burial was made in Glendale cemetery in Des Moines.

Mrs. Youree was 77 years of age. She had been living with her daughter in Los Angeles since last December.

She was a member of the Baptist church.

Surviving are seven children: Mary Freilinger and John W. Keever of Los Angeles, James Keever of Jackson, Miss., Laura O’Rourke of Los Angeles, Easter Jeffs of Winterset, George Snow of Atlantic, and Maxine Seaman of Farmington, Mich.
