Death of Mrs. Mary Collins

Cumming, Iowa (Special) Mrs. Mary Collins, veteran resident of Lee township, died at her home near here August 29. She was 67 years old.

Mrs. Collins was born in Ireland and came to this country in 1887, setting in Iowa and remaining a resident since that time. She was married to John Collins, who preceded her in death 28 years ago.

The deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. C. E. Graham and Anne Collins at home, a son, E. J. Collins, three grandchildren, four brothers and five sisters.

Funeral services were held last Friday at St. John’s church in Cumming, under the supervision of Rev. McDonald, assisted by Rev. Geason of Valley Junction. Burial was made in St. John’s cemetery.
