Former Winterset resident, Lyle W. Durham, 89, died May 8, 1993 at Carle Hospital in Urbana, Ill. Graveside services were held May 11 at the Oakland Cemetery at Shannon City.
Mr. Durham was born January 19, 1904, in Milo to William and Minnie (Hantz) Durham. He was a teacher in the Shannon City and Winterset areas and in Texas.
He is survived by his wife Margaret Durham of Savoy, Ill.
