Georgia Bruett Wright, 92, of Winterset, died March 9, 1995 of a heart ailment at the Madison County Memorial Hospital in Winterset. Funeral services were March 13 at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset. The David Bauer officiated the services with burial at the Winterset Cemetery.

She was born in Madison County April 21, 1902 to W. A. and Lutie (McDonald) Bruett. She married Jerome Wright in Winterset on June 21, 1929. She was a lifetime resident of Madison County. She was a homemaker and a retired bookkeeper. She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Winterset.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four brothers; and two sisters.

Surviving relatives include two sister, Berniece Schwab of Winterset and Margaret Alexander of Decatur, Texas; one brother, John Bruett of Des Moines; and nieces and nephews.
