Lavalleur Death at 80

Lucinda Jane Lavalleur, 80, born in Madison County on January 21, 1896, died Wednesday, November 3, 1976, at Madison County Memorial Hospital. She was the daughter of Charles W. and Ida May Davis Crawford.

A resident of the county throughout her life, Mrs. Lavalleur was the wife of Ed Lavalleur. He preceded her in death.

Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn (Mrs. Wyman) Sharp of rural Winterset; one grandchild; two great grandchildren; and one sister, Cleo Douglass of Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Mrs. Lavalleur was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and three brothers.

Funeral services for Lucinda Lavallelur were conducted Sunday, November 7 at 2:00 p.m. from Collins Funeral Home, Rev. Phill Hall officiating.

Burial was made at the Mt. Pelier Cemetery, Patterson.
