Wednesday, April 17, 1963ALLGEYER FUNERAL HELD LAST FRIDAY
Funeral services were held Friday from the Wilson Funeral home in Winterset for Mrs. Henrietta L. Allgeyer, whose death had occurred April 10 at Memorial hospital here. The Rev. John C. Porath, pastor of the First Methodist church of Winterset, conducted the services. Burial was made in Winterset cemetery.
Mrs. Allgeyer was 89 years of age at her death. She had been a resident of Madison county for more than 70 years, and was a member of a well-known family in this community.
She was the former Henrietta Louise Newerf, daughter of Nicholas and Henrietta Graelinger Newerf, and was born at Pella April 18, 1873. She was married in Des Moines in 1910 to C. Otis Allgeyer. His death occurred in 1932.
She was preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.
She was a member of the First Baptist church.
Surviving are a daughter, Frances Allgeyer of Winterset; a son, Charles Allgeyer of Winterset; and one grandchild.

Mrs. Hattie (Henrietta L.) Allgeyer of Winterset died this Wednesday morning at Memorial hospital here. She had been critically ill at the hospital since last Friday.
Mrs. Allgeyer was 86 years of age.
Funeral services will be held this Friday at 10 a.m. from the Wilson Funeral home in Winterset, with burial in Winterset cemetery.
