Elizabeth Ann Crawford, daughter of Joseph and Rebecca Crawford, was born May 22, 1871 in Madison county, Iowa; and passed away January 10, 1969 at the Memorial hospital in Winterset. She was 97 years, 7 months and 19 days of age.
September 10, 1891 she was married to John H. Estle. To this union two daughters were born: Amy and Angie.
She lived in Madison county throughout her life and was a long-time member of the Webster United Methodist church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers and one sister.
She is survived by her two daughters, Amy Drake and Angie Beaman of Winterset; by two grandsons, Claude Beaman of rural Dexter and John Drake of rural Winterset; by four great grandchildren, by three nephews,; and by other relatives and friends.
