Howard Satterlee, Bentonville, Ark.

Howard Elwin Satterlee, 77, died October 23, 1992, in Bella Vista. Funeral services were Tues., Oct. 27 at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers, Ark. with the Rev. Ernie Watson officiating. Burial was at Bentonville Cemetery.

Mr. Satterlee was born January 31, 1915, in Guthrie County to Eugene and Myrtle (Jones) Satterlee. A former Winterset resident, he moved to Arkansas in 1977. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Bentonville.

Surviving relatives are his wife, Elsie Satterlee of Bentonville; one son, Wayne Satterlee of Williamsburg; three daughters, Phyllis Branson of Des Moines, Linda Gilge of Bentonville, and Judy Chandler of Tontitown, Ark.; three brothers, Oren Satterlee and Burdette Satterlee, both of Bentonville, and Max Satterlee of Peru (Iowa); one sister, Beulah Travis of Dallas, Texas; and 12 grandchildren.
