F. E. Walker, Douglas twp., farmer, Sec. 27; P.O. Winterset; born in Kentucky in 1842, and emigrated to Iowa with his parents in 1843 and settled in Washington county; came to this county in 1867; he married Mrs. Mary F. Ruby, who maiden name was Myers, in 1867; she was born in Indiana, and came to this county in 1850; has three children: Lizzie W., Minnie B. and Charles Everett; Mrs. Walker has two children by her former marriage: William O. and Elmur Ruby.
