I. D. Neff, Penn twp., farmer, Sec. 10; P.O. Dexter; owns eighty-one acres of land; born in Franklin county, Virginia, in 1836; came to Indiana, where he stayed twelve years and then came to Iowa in 1868; married in 1867 to Mrs. Payne, of Indiana; has five children living; is an intelligent, affable man, whom it is a pleasure to meet; has a good farm, with good improvements; is a member of the
Christian church.
