John Maxson, Penn twp., farmer, Sec. 22; P.O. Dexter; owns 160 acres of land; was born in St. Lawrence county, New York, in the year 1837; married in 1864 to Mary Button, of Ohio; has five children living; Mr. M. is now engaged in farming and stock-raising; has a good farm, with good improvements.
