Samuel Beerbower, Winterset, of the firm of Duer & Beerbower; born in Washington county, Indiana in 1824; in 1834 emigrated to Marion county, where he remained until his removal to this county in 1872; he married Miss Jane Huggins; she was a native of Marion county, Ohio, and was born in 1834; has two children: Casper and Bertha; Olive, a daughter 24 years of age, died March 4, 1879.
