Great, great, great grandmother

I am searching for the parents of Eva (nee Roeder/Roder) Greiner/Griner. She was born ~1842 in Prussia and immigrated to the US in March of 1873. She married Johann/John Greiner/Griner in Dubuque on November 30, 1873. She had two children: Barbara, died at age 2; and Nicklaus. After John died, she and Nic moved to Rock Valley, Iowa. I recently discovered she had two siblings: John and Peter who lived in Rollingstone, Minnesota. She may have had more siblings. Cities involved include: Dubuque, Rock Valley, LaMars, Hull, and Rollingstone, Minnesota. Any information would be greatly appreciated or any suggestions on how to find Eva's folks. I've already checked the death certs for Eva, John and Peter to no avail. Thanks!
