Died at George, Iowa.

Referring to the death of the former well known resident of north Grundy county, the George, Iowa, News of Thursday last said:

The deceased Harm Willemssen, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Harm and Henrietta Willemssen was born on April 27, 1874 at Buck Grove, Iowa. In 1887 he came with his parents to Lyon county, Iowa, and settled on a farm previously purchased, located 5 miles southeast of George, Iowa. Upon the death of his parents he came to George in 1919 and is made his home at the Kruger's Hotel until his demise.

Shortly after his arrival from Jacksonville, Florida, where he spent the winter months he contracted a severe cold developing into flu–pneumonia on Friday evening, April 16. He enjoyed the faithful and Christian ministration of Mrs. John Kruger and members of the family, and also of his sister, Mrs. Marion Kruse of Steamboat Rock, Iowa, who arrived Wednesday morning remaining at his bedside until the end.
