Lyle Riley, age 77, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, died on Wednesday, November 19, 2003, at Sioux Valley Hospital.

Services were Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls, with interment in Larchwood Cemetery.

Mr. Riley grew up in Granite and graduated from Larchwood High School. He served in the army two years during World War II.

He married Norma Grieme. They have lived in Sioux Falls since 1957. He worked as a clerk and auditor for the Milwaukee Railroad 28 years and then as a bookkeeper with Midwest Welding Co. 25 years.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Jeff of Sioux Falls; one daughter, Mrs. Mike (Kathi) Schultz of Flower Mound, Texas, and four grandchildren.
