Lillian Henry, 83, of Rock Rapids died Monday, Nov. 10, 2003, at Lyon Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Rock Rapids.

Services were Thursday at United Methodist Church, Rock Rapids, with interment in Riverview Cemetery.

Lillian Woodburn was born Dec. 21, 1919, the daughter of Dell and Margaret (Robinson) Woodburn. She grew up and attended Wilson High School.
On Dec. 24, 1936, she married Richard Henry. She was employed at Doris Doty Casuals 23 years. The couple moved to Lake Benton, Minn., in 1973. There she was site manager of the Senior Dining Program and was an Avera Ivanhoe Divine Providence Health Center board member.
Her husband died Nov. 26, 1990. In 1998, she moved back to Rock Rapids.

At United Methodist Church, she sang in the choir, was Sunday School superintendent, UMY president eight years and chairperson of the UMY Sioux City district, and was active in the American Cancer Society.

Survivors include three sons, Max of Rock Rapids, Don of Webster City and Bob of Bloomington, Ind.; one daughter, Mrs. Mike (Connie) Harris of Cedar Falls; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one brother, Donald of Washington, and one sister, Viola Wood of New Jersey.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers, Waldo and Pat.
