Funeral services for Miss Marjorie Twedt, 62, of Inwood were held this morning (Wednesday) in Our Savior's Lutheran church of rural Inwood with Rev. Arno Frerichs officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery under the direction of Porter Funeral Home.
She died Monday, October 1, in Cherokee.
Marjorie Twedt was born November 12, 1921, in Lyon county. She was housekeeper at the family home and also in Alvord. She had lived at Lyon Manor Care Center in Rock Rapids for the last six years before moving to Cherokee.
Survivors include four brothers, John, San Diego, Calif., Elton, Lancaster, Calif., Clarence, Inwood, and Russell, Larchwood.
