Faye Grotewold, 80, of Alamo, Texas, died Sunday, July 27, 2003, at McAllen Medical Center.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.

Faye was born in Valley Springs, S.D. She lived in Lester most of her life and was in the gas station business with her husband 30 years. After retiring, she became a resident of Alamo.

Survivors includ her husband, Shorty.
