Henry Julius, formerly of Lyon county, died at Ellsworth. Minn., Tuesday, April 3, 1923, after years of patient suffering from rheumatism. He had been confined to his bed for two years.

The following sons and daughters mourn his passing: Simon Julius, living northwest of George; Klaas Julius, of Midland township; Heybo, Hilko, Jennie and Abbie, of Ellsworth; Mrs. Martin K. DeBerg, of Little Rock; Mrs. Harm Mulder, of George. He was a man of fine qualities, industrious and self-sacrificing and much devoted to his family. The funeral was held last Thursday at the home at Ellsworth, and at the German Reformed church in Midland township, services being conducted by Rev. H. J. Noeding and Rev. Russman. Interment was in the church cemetery.
