Graveside services for Zoe Pullen, 96, of Rock Rapids, Lyon county, Iowa were held June 2, 1992 in Riverside Cemetery, Spencer, Clay county, Iowa.

She died Saturday, May 30, 1992, in Lyon Manor Care Center in Rock Rapids.

Zoe Dyer was born December 29, 1895 at Perry, Iowa. She grew up in the Perry area and attended school there.

In 1921 she married Frank Spitler.

She worked as a secretary in the Iowa Legislature where she met and married Roy Pullen in August of 1944. They lived in Spencer.

Her husband died in 1978. She continued to live in Spencer until 1985 when she became a resident of Lyon Manor Care Center, Rock Rapids.

Survivors include one son, Jack Spitler of Rock Rapids; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five step-children, and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
