Funeral services for Dorothy Carlson, 68, of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha county, South Dakota, were held Thursday, February 27, 1992 in Shalom Lutheran Church, Harrisburg, Lincoln county, South Dakota.

She died Monday, February 24, 1992 in McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls.

Dorothy Claussen was born July 13, 1923 in Lester, Lyon county, Iowa. On October 10, 1941 he married Melvin Carlson in Hutchinson, Kansas. The lived in Lester until moving to Sioux Falls. They later lived in Harrisburg for a time before returning to Sioux Falls.

Survivors include he husband, three sons, two daughters, nine grandchildren, two brothers, including Maynard of Hills, Rock county, Minnesota and three sisters.
