Funeral services were held for Geneva McNeely, 75, of Luverne, Rock county, Minnesota in First Baptist Church of Luverne on February 22, 1992, with interment in Luverne Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

She died February 18, 1992 in McKennan Hospital in Sioux Fall, Minnehaha county, South Dakota.

Geneva Medema was born April 25, 1916 in Hawarden, Sioux county, Iowa and received her education in Larchwood, Lyon county, Iowa.

In 1946 she married Harry McNeely in Pennsylvania. She moved to Luverne in 1955 and was employed as a clerk in various retail stores in Sioux Falls.

She operated an upholstery business for many years in Sioux Falls and did volunteer work in the Kinkly House in Luverne. Her husband preceded her in death. Survivors include one son, three granddaughters and one sister.
