Services were held this afternoon at the First Reformed church, Inwood, Lyon county, Iowa, who died at this home following a long illness. The Rev. R. Denekas officiated at the service, and Porter Funeral Home made the arrangements. Burial was in Richland cemetery.

Kuyper was born at Carmel, and on January 14, 1948 he married Alice Van De Berg. He farmed and operated a trucking business for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Alice; six daughters, Mrs. Richard Ekle, and Diane Kuyper, both of Canton, S.D.; Mrs. Alan Maurer, Larchwood; Mrs. Richard Harmelink, Oak Harbor, Washington; Mrs. Scott Hoekstra, Rock Rapids, and Mary, at home; six grandchildren; his mother, Mrs. William Caswell, Rock Rapids; two sisters, Mrs. Larry Ter Wee, Sioux Falls, and Mrs. John Halma, Inwood.
