FREERKS, BANMANN, KORTHALS, AUKES, BOUMANN

Funeral services for Harm Freerks, age 72, of Little Rock, Lyon county, Iowa, will be held Tuesday at the First Presbyterian church there with Pastor M.R. Schultz and Pastor Clifford Theden officiating. Burial will be in Pleasantview cemetery at Little Rock, under the direction of Vogelaar-Bolin Funeral Home of George.

He died Friday, February 20, at his home. Freerks was born January 12, 1909, in George, Iowa, to Mr. and Mrs. Martin Freerks. He grew up in that area.

On June 19, 1932 he married Luella Banmann in Sibley and they lived in Little Rock.

Survivors include the widow; three sons, Harlan, Rogers, Arkansas, Randall, Little Rock, and Grand, Bellflower, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Curtis (Marlys) Alwine, Long Beach, Calif.; Mrs. Leonard (Merla) Rust, Spencer, and Mrs. Arnold (Nancy) Boumann, Marshall, Minn.; 10 grandchildren; a brother, John, of George, and four sisters, Helen, Long Beach, Mrs. Roy (Martha) Aukes, Steen, Minnesota, and Mrs. Henry (Elsie) Korthals and Mrs. Irvin (Kathryn) Hummel, both of George, Iowa.
