In the Births for August 1880 it states the William Woodruff and wife had a girl. Mary (Kendall) Woodruff had William Theodore Woodruff July 04,1880. So he wasn't a girl or a month late.
Query from Wilda Marshall Brown in 1999,Roll Call:
Ms. Brown: Martha Ann Woodruff who purchased the property off Solomon Hickman in 1858 was my g-Grandmother. Her oldest Son, William Woodruff's first wife was the Daughter of J.C.Evans.
