HARP, BARLOW, UPDYKE OR UPDIKE

My grandmother was born in Chariton and lived there and in Lucas. Name was Sarah Ann Barlow, her father George Washinton Barlow moved there when he was eight and is buried in Waynick cemetery. Her mother Lillie Anna Harp was also from the area, the daughter of George Washinton Harp and Anna Updyke who are also buried in Waynick. Yet I find nothing but a census record and a death notice on Barlow and nothing on Harp or Updyke. Anna's sister Lou married a McBroom from Garden Grove and her brother Wm. C.is buried in the Garden Grove cemetery. Sarah married Elmer Ward and moved to Des Moines. George Barlow died in 1901. Does anyone know who his father was?
