I am wife of James Fisher, grandson of Dr. W.C. Fisher, who delivered many local babies in the early part of 20th century. Willhelmenia and Lovina were daughters of Dr. Fisher. He also had a son, Merriam Clark Fisher, who was the father of my husband James. We have Dr. Fisher's baby book in which he transcribed the delivery of every baby he delivered during his practice of medicine in Lucas County.
