H. G. Curtis, treasurer of Lucas county, died at his home in Chariton on the 2d, aged 56 years.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he is buried in Waynick Cemetery in Chariton and that he was born August 10, 1847; however, it shows he died February 29, 1904.
