MRS. VALERIA MUMFORD DIES AT 90

Mrs. Valeria O. Mumford, 90, died Wednesday at the Gardner Nursing Home, where she had been living for the past few weeks. She had been in failing health for several years.

She is survived by one son, Verne, of Reasnor; and three daughters, Mrs. Rupert McCanon of Excelsior Springs, Mrs. Everett Newman of Knoxville, and Pansy of Chariton.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m., at the Miley Chapel, with the Rev. John Bauserman officiating. Interment will be at the Chariton Cemetery.
