Thursday, March 26, 1908

MRS. CHAS. R. OSENBAUGH, of Ottercreek Township, died at the hospital in
Clarinda, where she had been for only seven days, on Saturday, March 14,
1908, at the age of 27 years, 10 months and 10 days. The remains were
brought to her home and on Thursday forenoon, at 11 o'clock, funeral
services, conducted by Rev. Pond, were held at the M.E. Church in Norwood,
after which interment took place in the cemetery west of that place.

ESTHER AMELIA INGSTRUM was born in Sweden on May 4, 1880. At the age of
about ten years she came with her parents to America and located in
Ottercreek Township, this county. She was married in Indianola on Feb. 14,
1897 to EDWARD D. MARKER, who died a few years later. To them was born one
daughter who is still living. On December 19, 1904 she was married to
CHARLEY R. OSENBAUGH. They were the parents of two children, a son and
daughter. The sorrowing husband and children have the sympathy of many
friends in their great grief. Among those from a distance who attended the
last sad rites were the deceased's sister, MRS. NANNIE HAMILTON, of Omaha,
her stepfather, FRANK MOFFET, of Aurora, Mo., and her sister-in-law, GAY
MARKER, of Chariton.
