Thursday, December 12, 1907ALBERT H. PARKER was born at Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio, March 3, 1844,
and died in Chariton, Dec. 1, 1907, at the age of 63 years, 8 months and 28
days. He enlisted in Co. G, 19th Reg. O.V.L., August, 1862, at 18 years of
age. He had traveled extensively and lived in many states and territories.
He went to Maple Rapids, Mich., to live in March, 1885, but about two months
ago came to Chariton to spend the winter with his daughter. His children,
WALTER PARKER, of Rawlins, Wyo.; MRS. INA EGGERT, of Chariton, Ia.; MRS.
KITTIE SNYDER, of newton Falls, Ohio, and his first wife, MRS. DINSMORE of
Chariton, survive him. He was an Odd Fellow and the members of this order
took charge of the burial services at the grave. Rev. J.H. Yaggy, of the
United Brethren Church, conducted the funeral services from the house on
Tuesday afternoon, at 3 o'clock.
