MRS. GEO. HASS who has been in a feeble state of health for a long time,

She had reached the good age of 67 years, 7 months and 15 days. She was
united in marriage to GEORGE HASS at Wooster, Ohio, Dec. 25, 1868. They
moved to Worth County, Missouri, in March of 1869, and lived there until
October, 1893, when they moved to Mt. Ayr. To them five children were born
and they are all living: ALBERT R., at Tingley; CHARLES, at Chariton; MRS. L

MRS. HASS was brought up in the German Reformed Church and was for years
devoted to the mother church and its principals and her profession. After

member of that communion until death. The funeral was held from the family
home in Mt. Ayr, on Saturday. MRS. HASS was noted as a devoted wife and
mother, and as a modest, gentle Christian. She has chosen a good part and
has passed to her reward.
