CHARLES MARTIN, little five weeks old babe of MR. and MRS. C.T. STAFFORD,
died Tuesday morning at four o'clock, after an illness of only a few days.
Brief funeral services were held at the home on Tuesday afternoon, at 2 o
clock, by Rev. Evans, of the M.E. Church, and the remains taken to Osceola
for interment. The occasion is marked by an unusual degree of sadness, on
account of the illness of both MR. and MRS. STAFFORD, MR. STAFFORD being at
present in the hospital in Chicago, and MRS. STAFFORD is yet in a critical
condition.
