Former Chariton Man, 81, dies in Louisiana ThursdayOscar Munson, 81, of Baker, Louisiana, died Thursday October 10, following a heart attack. Funeral Services were held at Baker, and burial was in a cemetery at Baton Rouge.
Mr. Munson lived in Chariton for many years, but moved to Louisiana in 1917
Surviving him are his wife; one son, Carl; three daughters, Nellie, Rosa and Mabel all of Louisiana, one brother, Aug. Munson of Chariton, and one sister, Mrs. Anna Erickson, of Omaha, Nebr.
